Hi Doc, long time no see. I was just reading about your ad in the DSM and thought I would drop you a line. Talk about one of your success stories, I am it. Without you I wouldn't have my arm. After the other doctors decided it would be best to take my arm off, my wife brought me to you. Never was there any question, would you fix or remove my arm, you had the ambulance meet us on the runway of the Des Moines airport and started surgery the minute I got to the hospital. I can not thank you enough, I feel that you are a GOD among mere mortal men when it comes to your abilities. You gave me a life I didn't think would be possible. I can pick up my kids, I own and operate a small business that requires the use of both of my arms and thanks to you I have them. So I only owe you; for all the money I have made in the last six years, plus the invaluable times I have had with my family. I know this sounds a little over the top but I truly believe that you were my only saving grace in a horrible set of circumstances. If there is ever ANYTHING I can do for you, will I wouldn't give my left arm but just about anything else please let me know. Again, thank you so much!!!
