Interstate 235 (I-235) runs through Des Moines, providing direct access to The Historic Bergman Mansion from the East or West.

When traveling on I-235 from the West:
1. Exit I-235 at 35th Street;
2. Turn right and proceed South bound to Grand Avenue;
3. Turn left onto Grand Avenue and proceed to 2000 Grand Avenue;
4. Our practice will be on your right (South side of the street).

When traveling on I-235 from the East:
1. Exit I-235 at 31st Street;
2. Turn left and proceed South bound to Grand Avenue;
